Currently I am looking into selling my Integra and building either an 86 mr2, or any other vehicle that can use the 4AGZE engine. I do not know much, but I need to know any other cars to swap this engine into. I read about escorts, but what I am really looking into is which corrolla does it swap into? Is it a sprinter? A Corolla, I know AE86 is a part of it. Like I said, I don't know much. I want an 86 mr2, but I realize that they are quite hard to find here in the midwest. Please any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. posted by  Integra_LS

Since my first post I read up and see what cars I would want to swap the 4AGZE engine into. Well I have definately decided on an '86 MR2. Oh man, I love that car, everything about it just tickles me silly.

To change the Original post to, Does anyone know where to find any Body Kits, or lips for an 86 mr2? I looked online for awhile but got nothin :-(. posted by  Integra_LS

There is not much in the way of body kits for the MR2. Most people keep them stock. In reguards to the 4agze - it will go in a AE86 corolla and possibly a toyota starlet, I know you can put a 4a-ge in it at least. Also, a little info on the MR2, it is heavier the the AE86 and will take more maintainance the your integra. Good luck, have fun. posted by  AE86

4agze is always a nice motor to have... like AE86 said, itle fit in the 86 , and ive seen some in the starlets... ive also seen them in the old 70s TE37 corollas (awsome). back on track though... if youre planning on drifting, id take the motor and put it in the 86, just because the MR cars are spin happy if youre to hard on the brakes... posted by  mazda6man

I found everything I wanted for the MR2. I found a online site where I can get EVERY SINGLE MR2 part. Which is really nice! Also, I found a sweet kaminari kit for and 86 MR2... I just have to wait for the right mr2 to purchase! posted by  Integra_LS

Mazda6man has a really good point about the drifting. What do you plan on doing with this car in the long run and what's you experience in racing-if that's what your going for. You can find info on almost anything on the internet---but it all really depends on what your goals are with your new "project":) Let me know-I might be able to help. posted by  Female racer

which cars did the 4agze come stock in? posted by  boar

i know it says im a newbie, but i have an 86 MR2 with a few bolt on parts. . . ive been doing research on parts and stuff for my car. the 4AGE (or AGZE) is a great little motor, and has lots of applications NA or forced induction. although alot of the work done on these little wedges needs to be custom or done on your own. not as many parts available, or shops (that i know of). . . let me know how your search goes... let me know of some places to find parts. . strut tower bar brace (front and rear) clear side markers. . . all that JAZZ.

P.S. in my own defense. . . ive retuned motor, new: exhaust, springs, shocks, rotors, swaybars- not only asthetics (spelling?) somebody help me find a way to convert a 4AGZE to a turbo! (4AGTE?) intake/turbo manifold. stock plenium is ugly as sin. oh wait it needs to fit into the doorstop MKI :ohcrap: posted by  shadwsndst

are you telling me your mr2 is supercharged? if so, if you ever turbo it... simply take off the supercharder, but on a normal intake manifold, then take off the exhaust manifold and get a turbo manifold... put the turbo on it, then do the normal turbo install stuff... what to do with the left over SC and exhaust manifold? well, give em to me, i could use em for my corolla... posted by  mazda6man
