supercharged mustang reliability

If you were to put an aftermarket supercharger onto a Mustang, would you kill the reliability?

Forced induction on any car can reduce the reliability. However, superchargers are safer than turbos because they produce less boost typically, and the output will always relate directly to the RPM. Just make sure your coolant system, oil system, and fuel system are working properly and can work efficiently with that added power.

What year is your Mustang and how much power you looking to get?

If you have an 06 mustang what my friend plans to do is buy a roush charger kit from ford and then ford will install it. The awesome part is it comes under extended warranty 3 years or 36,000 miles
