I just traded my 2003 Ford Taurus SES with 82,000 miles for a 2007 Ford Fusion SEL V-6 with 24,000 miles. The car I owned before the 03 Taurus was a 1997 Taurus. The 03 seemed to have some kind of front suspension problems (I think the sway bar endlinks were worn) because when I made turns over bumps I heard noise and at highway speed the steering just didnt feel right...Anyway, it seemed the 97 Taurus had the same problem, but not nearly as bad and I traded it off at 104,000 miles. I was just curious if any Fusion owners out there that have had their cars for a while can report any similar problems? Am I crazy thinking the Tauruses have suspension problems or is it our terrible bumpy streets that have caused this to happen?
