Dodge fuel pump question

Dodge fuel pump question
I am trying to install a used fuel pump in my caravan the old one has 4 wires, the new(used) one has 3. can this be done ?

are you sure it's the right pump? the fourth wire could just be a ground..... but, hard to say with out more info.

What are the specs on the van:

year, make, model, engine size, transmission, etc......
