Ford revives Mustang Boss 302

For 2012, Ford reintroduces the Mustang Boss 302, a resurrection of the "old boss" which hasn't been around for 42 years. Ford hasn't used the name Boss 302 since 1969, it has been pretty much stayed in the shadows.

Back in 1969, the Boss 302 was created as a racing car and a response to the successful Chevrolet's Z/28. Today one of the reasons of the new Boss 302 is also racing. According to the company, the 2012 Mustang Boss 302 is the "quickest, best-handling straight-production Mustang ever offered by Ford."
