Well guys im totally at a loss, ive installed a brand new JVC radio/cd player into my camaro, and when i turn on my head lights at night my radio goes off, Like its loseing a ground, I took the stero back out and found out that it was loseing a ground, but now my Dash panel lights wont turn on... does anybody have an idea of whats going on?

Try running a serperate ground for the stereo. Just ground the deck directly instead of using factory ground wire. See if that fixes the problem.

Ive tried that too.. I found the two wires that affect the dash lights, which were also connected to the stock radio that was in the car. Could there perhaps be some sort of special device that i need to get? (First time wireing anything, so im a complete noob about it)

Well, i found the problem, seems that i blew a fuse some how, Fixed that, and now everything i working great, still at a loss why when ever i turned on my headlights, my cd player would go out (its not doing it anymore though)
