Just got new weather stripping for the trunk of my 62 Tbird. The old onne
is melted so bad you reaaly can't tel which side of the new triangle piece
attaches to the lid. The new weatherstrip is shaped like a triangle with
one side bing flat and solid and the other two side contacted together by a
small membrane. Now doe the solid flat side go to the trunk lid or does the
membrame get split and it attach to the trunk lid.
