I want to build a front subframe for my dads car. Can any one tell me what i have to measure to build a straight car?

Do you want to build one from scratch? I would not recommend this. Suspension geometry is very tricky and by the sound of your question you may lack the experience needed.....

What is wrong with the original? What do you plan to gain form a custom unit? Fill us in on some of the details and you may get a few more specific answers.
