i want to know how much power a stock pontiac 350 puts out in my 74 firebird

Looks like it was 255HP...why does it matter what the original specs show? What is the true question on your mind?

well i just got the car and i wanted to know what the base power of it was just to kinda have something to go off of, my dad owned it before me and all he did to it was bore the cylinders to .40 over and put in better pistons, the guy who had it before him put a bigger cam, intake, and i believe a few other things as well... and over all i have no idea what parts exactly its got so i just wanted something to base it on, example being 255+ HP... but what about tourque and thank you for the answer, every site i went to showed me something different

also forgot to mention the only thing thats actually a 350 is the block itself, my dad told me the heads and other parts are all 400 parts

y not look for a dyno jet around you pay them 50 bucks and now exactly what u runnin

eventually i was, i need to get a few new things like a carb and distributor first but then i can, as for right now i was just curious
