1968 Carburetor problems
Hi everyone,
I have a 1968 thunderbird with a 429 Thunderjet engine with an Autolite 4300 4-barrel carburetor. one day it started stalling and not running correctly, so i took the carburetor out and rebuilt it using a carb rebuild kit. When i put it back on the engine and tried to start the car, gas started spouting out of the top of the carb. does anybody know why this would happen???

That may be because of the bad connection the pipe may not get installed properly causes the noise. Let it be chaked once and then sea that the noise get generated or not.
