Maybe a cold air intake, lighter flywheel but please don't burden the streets with the coffee can mufflers
what do u mean by coffee can mufflers?
Those big ass catback exhaust systems
then why did you call it coffee cam mufflers?
Because they look like the old coffee cans

That is kinda what catback looks like
Dont forget that they narrow out at the ends, which i never was able to
understand the reasoning for.
Dont waste ur money buying appearence mods like body kits and wings that belong on a Boeing 747. Get performance mods. Turbo, boost controller, intercooler, low compression pistons, cool-air intake, and the like.
you make you car fast and look fast at the same time thats why im goin to ad a body kit to my car
is this your integra? 99integra
i started out to buy the same car...but then i bought my 2005 Acura RSX  But you should make it fast and add a lil exterior work cause HB's are the shit and that lil Civi could fly if you wanted it to... but hey if your lookin for some nice wheels that you can get at good prices go to www.wheelsnext.com . I got mine from there for about $850. Or go to www.slickcar.com . They got some good stuff. Good luck with that car dude.
like spoilers, exhaust, hoods
Not likely :screwy:
I think he'd atleast use sheet metal :screwy:
I think I wouldn't have a spoiler, just a deck lid
Well the wing(?) on that car looks more like a satellite reaching to space. And you also, obviously arent a 'ricer'.
I am definately not a ricer, just a racer
You know what makes a car look fast? Motion blur. Body kits dont make cars look fast, they make them look ugly.
well...i agree that SOME body kits do make cars ugly...but there are also some cleaner looking ones. Its mostly an opinion thing.
I dont like the whole FATF wannabe, ricer style fad goin around.
What audio have you picked out?
Gota disagree. A lot of body kits are fairly subtle and do improve the
looks of some cars. And in a lot of places (and especially with a first
car) making it faster is simply not something that can be used. For new
drivers, even a completely mechanically stock car can be too fast. And for
99% of street driving, a stock vehicle can already be driven way too fast
to be legal. Adding more power simply doesn't help things. Hell, in daily
driving, I don't even use HALF throttle in my commuter cars to get around.
And I know when I take off from a light at half throttle in my 150 hp PT
Cruiser, and I'm still taking off quicker than people driving 200-250 hp
Accords, Camrys, Altimas, etc, that most people don't use full throttle
everywhere, either. So making a car faster is usually just an impractical
way to void a warranty or make it unreliable.
If you WANT to make your own car faster, then go for it. There are a lot of ways of doing it. But putting down a car owner for NOT spending on going faster on the street is retarded. And if you want someone else to build their car the way YOU want, then go to their house and pay for it to be done YOUR way.
look for OEM honda things... like integra GSR webbed wheels, and keep it stock body componants... other wise its easy to turn to the rice side...
I would go with Bridgestone g-Force radial tires and some 17" Racing Hart rims.
im thinking of getting
infinity front and rear speakers, and alpine CDA-9830 head unit
if you look close, its a photoshopped pic...
update for audio boondock(which is a GREAT movie btw)
Infinity Kappa 6.5" 3 way (http://www.infinitysystems.com/caraudio/product.aspx?ProdId='KAPPA63.7I'&S er=KAP&Cat=MEL)
definitely worth the extra money!
does that include front and rear sets???? that dosnt fit my car i dont think...i need 5-1/4 im pretty sure
I'll double check, but I am pretty sure you can put 6.5"'s in there. 5.25" would also fit, but may need a bracket.
ya i can have 6.5 for front and 5.25 for rear or 5.25 for front with brackets
