are they going to be the 2006+ civics?
Supposedly that is going to be the new SI if it gets produced, P.S., where the hell have you been?
OMFG YOURE BACK!!!
dude u rock
what did u wna talk to me about on aim i was at work so i was really busy
Log on, don't want to get banned again
chillin in another thread. i purchased me an RSX so i figured i would join an RSX forum.
Lol, missed you're presence, pm me that website :wink2:
According to an AutoWeek article, that picture is nearly identical to what the '06 Civic will look like (not just the SI model). The spy photos showed a maroon version of that car minus the lower body accents (I suppose it also could have been a test bed for the SI).
man if i knew this was comming out i would have waited for it rather than getting me an rsx. that civic looks better. how much HP does it have?
That's the concept vehicle that debuted at the 2005 Chicago Auto Show.
Honda claims the production Si will be 90% similar to the concept. However
the sedan looks different and much more dull:
and the coupe:
LMAO IS THAT IT? dang it looks so ugly. i prefer the 2000-2005 models. whats the HP on the 2 door?
Yes, thats the new Civic. The VTEC is also going to be producing more power in the Si model. The last Civic Si produced 160hp the new one will be making 200hp. (See the latest Road & Track)
IMO it doesnt even resemble a Honda. :screwy:
So tell me, what DOES look like a Honda?
You gotta love the one that looks like an MG and the hatchbacks, even the 70's model, and thank you for showing me that smiley emoticon
I think it's the S500. Imagine the S2000 engine in that!
I love the old S600, S700, S800, etc. The Honda dealer in Corvallis has an unrestored original S600 sitting in his showroom. Those little cars are so cool. Especially the early ones that used a dual chain drive to the rear wheels. Now there's innovative engineering.
The DX/LX are getting a new 1.8L SOHC i-VTEC 140hp motor and the EX is
getting the same motor supposedly tuned to 160hp. Good-bye D series!
Si is supposedly getting a 200hp K20 (probably K20a2) 6spd tranny and LSD.
Honda is changing the Accord slightly to resemble the 06 civic.
In my opinion that new Civic looks quite a lot like the existing Accord, but that's just me.
You'll see even more of a resemblance when you see the rear of an 06 Accord coupe.
