Flashing Air Conditioner Light

Flashing Air Conditioner Light
The button on my air conditioner has a green line in it. It is flashing and the air is hot.

I presume the air conditioner unit is broken. Can anyone guess how broken? Including how much $ broken?

1998 Toyota Camry 4 Door otherwise works well, I'll need front breaks in January and a little something I think need to the exhaust (hearing a little noise) when I save up the money to go to Midas Muffler
