I am looking at 240sx's and found these cars in my area and in my price
range, what would you offer on them?
1989 240sx (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=167078299&dealer_id=&car_year =1989&make=NISSAN&distance=75&max_price=&model=240SX&advcd_on=n&end_year=19 94&min_price=&certified=n&address=98115&search_type=used&advanced=n&start_y ear=1984&color=&cardist=18)
1991 240sx (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=167466834&dealer_id=&car_year =1991&make=NISSAN&distance=75&max_price=&model=240SX&advcd_on=n&end_year=19 94&min_price=&certified=n&address=98115&search_type=used&advanced=n&start_y ear=1984&color=&cardist=12)
i would offer $3,200 for the second one. i would skip the first one cuz i wouldnt wana go through the trouble of the power steering reservoir relocation when swapping in the sr20det. looks great though.
Thanks, and y'know whats tight? i actaully have 3200 RIGHT NOW, too bad i dont have a license quite yet, lol, thnaks anyway tho, im just trying to get my research done before i can buy a car.
well i just got a 89 240sx for 1200 but it did not run and the woman did not know it was just the starter. so it is all about what you are going to do with it drag/drift/show/or commuter but it is a great car for all. sorry if i did not answer your question.
i dunno about $3200 for the 1991 i bought my 1990 with 110,000 miles and perfect overall condition for $1900
90 model also has the steering situation going on with the swaps.
it does?? becuz i was planning on swapping in the SR20DET so i am going to run in to problems with that??
its nuthin serious ya know. just will require some extra bit of work and to buy new PS lines and relocate the reservoir. i think the 91+ PS reservoir will be needed. cant remember atm.
