aloha; must know car like the back of your hand, must know its worth, must
find out if registration is current, must have cash or cashiers check,
don't tell how much money you have, make a low ball offer. be aware the
person who lost the car could have abused the vehicle. expect problems.
sometimes there is a middle man, most times deal with the bank or finance
