BMW question.

I'm somewhat thinking about buying a bmw, but the models before 1990. They look better  . Anyhow, iv only done research on Honda's and i know that they can take quite alot of mileage but i just wanna know whats a safe type of mileage to buy a bmw at? I dont think i'd get one before the 90's for sure, but just as a general question, how long do they last? And for the drivers of one...hows the clutch? Pretty much every BMW on autotrader has over 90k mileage...

Thanks a ton.

Well...my 1988 528 just went over 210k miles and still is a strong car.

It all depends on the manner in which it was cared for. Some are great cars...and others most certainly can be bad cars.

Pictures are deceiving...the car is well used, but is in relatively good condition.

Thank you...I love this car...but like I said, pictures can be deceiving. Up close, you'd notice the age.

Hey, as long as she looks good in the pictures lol. With 210K on her, a few signs of age are to be expected
