Rice is what people do to their cars, basically pointless mods like huge
spoilers on FWD cars, or excessive stickers, or racing stripes on an
otherwise slow car...factory rice just means that they made it that way
from the factory..not really an insult to you, but more to Chevrolet for
not realizing that the whole spoilers/stripes trend died right when Dom
broke his arm in The Fast and the Furious
