I'm working on my mother in laws 1988 chevy celebrity 4 cyl. eng. The car
had set for a few months during winter. The battery was dead. I jumped it
off and drove around the block, and figured do a charge on the battery. I
had to replace the battery. After installing the new battery it would not
start. I pulled the controller mod, had it ck'd (ck's good) replaced the
crank shaft position senor, No help. I can poured a little gas down the
throttle body and it will crank. I disconnected the fuel line at the t/b
and got good fuel flow.
I've looked at fuses, and can not see any other problems. What am I
missing? Is there another fuse for the t/b injector? This car isn't worth
alot and my mother in law can't afford alot of shot gun repairs. Any
suggestion. Thanks.
