I keep hearing the word sleeper car. What's a sleeper car? Right now im
looking at a Nissan Sentra SE-R and ever time I talks to some body they say
it's a cool sleeper car. Dos that mean the car is boring to drive. because
that the last thing I want. it's a 5 speed manual and to me it don't seem
to boring.

Damn you need to get around, a sleeper is a car that doesn't look fast but
is, the SE-R is fast but it just looks like the 1.8 liter Sentras when in
fact it has the 2.5 liter Altima motor.

A Fiero with v8 is a sleeper, a sunfire with a 3800SC is a sleeper...
pretty simple to make a sleeper... the best is to have a sleeper till you
can afford to make it look better, then once you can show and go, then
youll have a real car. :mrgreen:

A "sleeper" car is a car that looks stock (or not fast) but is actually
VERY fast.

ok so then the 94 Nissan Sentra SE-R is a cool car. any other cool
sleepers for about the same price

get smoked by it :laughing: All you really need to do to make those cars
get into the mid 13s is get a smaller super charger pulley and hollow out
the catalytic converters.

i considered mine a sleeper till the exhaust from hell, 81 caprice 4 door,
the poor mans caddilac with a 383 stroker, the gearing in the rear end is
crap but after about 20-30km/h it'll out accell most on the road
