I'm new here, and am trying to get a car on the road. I negotiated to buy a
car with the executor of a will, settled on a price, and he left the car in
my driveway. I haven't paid for it, and he hasn't sent me any paperwork. It
has been 10 months and he won't answer phone calls, emails, and DMV and
police tell me I'm SOL with an abandoned car on my property. I want the
car, how can I make it mine?
