are there any other ways to increase the horsepower on a car other than, horsepower chips, muffler exhaust systems, and air intakes? i'm looking for relatively inexpensive ways to increase horsepower
Hollowing out the catalytic converter, putting in a higher flowing air filter, and using premium gas will help your cars performance. You could also install better spark plugs, and spark plug wires.
yeah that is about it! But what kjind off car do you have juyst go on ebay and you can find some good cheap performance stuff
only problem with hollowing out the catalytic converter is that there's the
possibility that you could fail smog tests for your car's inspection.
unless you have someone on the inside where you get your car inspected,
that will gladly let it slide. then you're fine.
but yeah, slipknot is correct on the other ways - you can probably find cheap aftermarket ignition systems and air filters on eBay...but the premium gas could cost you an arm and a leg! seeing gas prices nowadays :banghead: :cussing:
Yeah, the gas prices over here just went up 30 cents today! :fu:
You could also try an CAI. They're not too expensive, but help a little bit.
Woah, sorry, didn't see "are there any other ways to increase the horsepower on a car other than, horsepower chips, muffler exhaust systems, and air intakes?"
