Felix Wankel (Physics Project)

For Honors Physics at school we have to research a famous engineer or scientist for a project/ paper. I chose Wankel mainly because I dont really know much about rotary engines and wanted to know more, and he was the only famous engineer related to cars that I saw fit for a project. So, if you all could post some info, or good sites that you think would be helpful that would be great. Thanks. :thumbs:

I also strongly recommend http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page. This website is one my trusty sources when i have questions.

Thanks man. I already checked out Wikipedia, and they had alot on him. I am only supposed to do one guy, so I cant do a Otto vs. Wakel, but that would be cool. :thumbs:

You have many options...write a report on the guy who invented diesels or write a report on Otto (designed the 4 stroke).

The best guy IMO to write about is Leonardo Da Vinci (he is a scientist, inventor, doctor, artist, philosophist, you name it) one of the greatest minds to ever exist.
