Home  \  Off Topic  \  So, whats yer mileage?

Intersting question, what is the mileage on your car, and what kind of major problems have you had? I'll start:

ah I see, well the o2 sensor wasn't my fault, but I think I installed the idle control valve wrong (wasn't 100% sure where the hoses went). I'm gonna get someone more experienced to take a look at it.

CURSES!!!!!

But if you want to get all technical about it...

Your car is two years younger than mine

Your car is a stick shift

Your car has just about half the mileage I have on mine!

Suburbia NY to Syracuse... did you hit much traffic? I just knew the $^%&ing Chicago tolls and traffic I hit Friday afternoon were going to screw up my mileage calculation. On my next good trip out of town, the challenge is ON!!!!! :orglaugh:

Had 106k miles on my Z28. Went through a water pump and two Opti-sparks ( :cussing: ), but those were the only real issues I had with the car in 7 years.

Currently have 130k+ miles on my SE-R; only issues I have right now are the rattles and squeeks emanating from the interior. Did I mention it rattles and squeeks?

All I have to say is my Mustang better read damn close to 0 miles when it gets here...
