LSU vs. UGA - SEC Title, bring it Dawgs.
What was the score?
Is there something in my teeth?
SEC...bah. As much as i hate the dawgs, ill be rooting for them.
16-13, in single OT. We beat the Tide! On to the SEC title for us.
Well, UGA just lost to Auburn 31-30...heh heh hehhh. So now they HAVE to
beat Kentucky to go to the title game. If they do make it (which i believe
they will), LSU will have no problem handing UGA their asses. Not to
mention the only two teams UGA has lost to this year LSU has beat them
BTW - UGA might be my most hated team in football, ALWAYS i have cheered against them, grew up south of Atlanta. But, I was an avid Ga Tech fan for a long time, so that might have something to do with it.
What do you have against the best conference in football? Well, sometimes only 2nd best to the Big 10. But they trade it off sometimes.
Yes they did...Auburn played a very nice game. :)
BITE YOUR TONGUE, Yellow Jacket
I had Auburn winning anyways. They had already won the past 9 of 11 meetings between the hedges against UGA. So now make that 10 of the past 12 meetings. UGA cant win against Auburn at Home.
who you rootin for?
what happend to VT?
They had a memory lapse of being good in the Miami game. I was shocked, as
I think everyone was. Especially seeing Miami coming off a near loss to
North Carolina the week before.
Honestly I had Texas vs. VT for the national title pre-season's start. Now it looks like Texas is for surely in it as long as they can beat Texas A & M in their last game (which they shouldnt have any trouble with). This game will be harder than the Big 12 title game as they will face either Iowa State or Colorado, both extremely subpar teams (which i believe it will be Iowa St because I dont tihnk Colorado will be able to get past Nebraska). But look at the teams Iowa State has got beaten by...all unranked: 6-4 Nebraska, 4-6 Baylor and 6-4 Missouri. IT'll be a pretty easy walk for Texas to the naitonal title.
USC has it a little harder as they have Fresno St. next weekend (#16) which they should beat no problem but then they have #14 UCLA the following week. I'm looking for either team to suprise upset USC, and their hopes of a national title bid.
What happens if USC loses? Well next up is Miami who they still have to beat Ga Tech (which im betting GT will upset them) and Virgina left, two very good teams. After them you have LSU who has a clear sailing until the SEC title game against (95% sure) UGA (So as long as UGA beats Kentucky). LSU only has Ole Miss and Arkansas left o ntheir schedule, two of the worst teams in the SEC. LSU would have to win the SEC title game though for them to get a bid to play in the title game (given Miami and USC loses).
So here's the most likelihood.
#1 USC vs. Texas
#2 Texas vs. Miami
#3 Texas vs. LSU
"Not UGA"
I don't watch sports.
Dude, they just lost....
HAHAHHAHAHAHAH OWND, damn taht was funny, so tthunder u think texas taking it all the way this year?
No doubt about Texas going all the way. They have Texas A & M left (easy
win) and then the big 12 title against either easy Colorado or easy Iowa
State. They have the easiest ride.
For LSU to go they have to win their last two games (no problem, Ole Miss and Arkansas) and the SEC title (Against most likely UGA). BUT, Miami also has to either lose to Virgina or GT, or in the ACC title game (which is likely, any of them) AND USC has to lose one its last two games against Fresno St. or UCLA (also possible).
DodgeRida, we are sworn enemies now. Atleast when it comes to college ball
To Hell with Georgia!
Someone has flooded this thread with the loser's icons...
Time to change the colors appropriately.
i dont care if VT aint in it... :cussing: :2cents:
With the way VT got beat they are lucky to get a BCS bid...
