Someone had the brilliant idea to bury a car 50 years ago in Tulsa
Oklahoma. Take a look at this (http://www.buriedcar.com/photo_gallery.asp)
gallery. Cool huh?
Well, they started digging it up this week and what did they find. You decide. Clicky! (http://www.tulsachevys.com/Images/buriedcar/index.html)
Cool, I guess. Better than most time capsules. Although I don't really
get your "you decide" part, but the first page wouldn't load right, so I
guess I'm missing something.
Anyways, something similiar happened near me:

up like 2 months after burying it
Wait...what happened to the car? Is it covered with a plastic bag or is that rust? lqtm
Oh wow...yeah I heard about that. Apparently whoever got closest to
guessing the correct population of Tulsa 50 years ago would win the
car...but would the microfilm they recored the guesses on even be
And how hard could it be to make a watertight container?
Oh $h!t!!! you just remindedme I buried a time capsule in my back yard!

Apparently, nobody did, so they're doing it again. Here's (http://thehunt07.spaces.live.com/) their blog.
Yeah, I remember that well. Not too sur how to take this one thoug, lol.
I remember reading about this a few months ago. Who ended up winning it?
i remember reading about this. the only thing i saw in the second album was a little part of the left taillight in the last pix...either rusted to hell or really dirty
pics where on another forum, figured id update this thread. looks to me though, theres a little water damage....:ohcrap:
It's just a little rusty, it's still good, it's still good!
