Well today on my way to get job applications
i get pulled over
i was doin 60 when i passed him
but he clocked me doin 80 5 miles back
so i got court on 7/9/07 for doin 80 in a 65
any suggestions on how i can anyway remotely get out of this ticket
without payin out my ass or losing my licenses?
How were you clocked five miles back? Do police radars go that far back?
From what I've seen around me, if you go to court and act honestly, this being your first ticket, the points will get dropped and they will probably shave off some bucks off the ticket. I don't think there's any way to completely get out of it altogether. :2cents:
You were going 80 5 miles back...and you passed him, which means he was ahead of you after 5 miles? Sounds kinda odd to me.
ok we went back to see where i got the ticket and it was about a mile an a half back, i dont know why i thought 5? But i've herd some stories from my buddies on them not even getting a ticket, and i think the only reason he gave me one instead of letting me go is because my dad had a OMVI about a year back an my truck is in his name..............
Haha thats weak sauce Ive got 87 in a 60 construction Zone and 106 in a 60
and a 77 in a 45. Those are some of the worse but I got out of all of them.
1 wa because I know all the local police real well and the other two were
because of my lawyer. If you want to keep if off your record I highly
recommend you get a lawyer. The ones that only do traffic tickets arent
even all that bbad so you could hire one of them.
My buddy got a traffic ticket lawyer and he got out of the 97 in a 60 he got at the same time I got my 106 (we were racing and he was losing:orglaugh: ) and he was already on probabtion at the time.
Oh and the Grizzly mint is a good choice, thats what I chewed before I started doin Copenhagen black.
ya but im a minor an ive only had my licenses since december, i jus hope my insurance dont sky rocket, cause i dont think they will take my license since its my first offence but it all jus depends on my judge
don't worry i got a reckless driving ticket along with a speeding ticket on my moms birthday which was a month after i got my license
Going well now that I have my car back..been pimping the Lincoln Aviator for the past 6 days..Been house sitting, my Aunt went shopping in Cali for a few days and paid to me to occupy her residence... School is taking up so much time. I have a paper and test each week.. Other than that..same old same old.
if your 17, youll get lucky cause the points should go off when you turn
18. at least thats the way it used to be in ohio.
id plead no contest. got me out of my first ticket in ohio, but i had to pay court costs.
well i have court today at 9 in the morning, an i dont think i can plead to contest, it took him about a mile before he turned on the lights, and it was between exits, with that being said i dont think i would have got the ticket if the truck wasnt in my dad's name, because he had a OMVI about a year ago, that may also make my insurance raise. we pay $316 a month an im insured on everything except the vet ( no insurance on it all, only been drove once in two years) an i have full coverage, so i hope i get a fairly nice judge an hope im not kickin rocks to work tomorrow haha
sorry about the double post............
but i got outta there with a $20 ticket
and instead of courtfees i have to take a $50 class
haha "The left lane is not a lane for you, so stay out of it"
spoken from the great majestrate susan haha
all in all me an my mom sat there while we waited an joked around
after she took me to her work an whored me around
and thanks alot for all the help, i did plea to no contest
an easy way to get out of an expensive ticket for a teen......
have you an your parents say that you are taking full financial responsiblilty
haha when i said that her mouth droped
an ever more so when i told her that i pay a $200 truck payment as a 16yr old
