Wow. Narrow-minded gold-digger opinion for the lose. I think that colour is actually quite appealing. I see waaaaaaay too many black, silver, and white beemers, they are way too commonplace. Hell, look at the pictures, nearly half of them are black. The bulk of the rest are silver/white. Red and blue are not common at all.

No lol. We wiped the car down before pictures with a wet chamois and since it wasnt 100% warm some of the water froze on there lol. Ive got about 200 more pix of diff badges like that.

I dont think it would be Six Inline, cause they are all inline six motors..straight 6 as BMW calls them posted by  newyorker

OH! You said fuel injection was invented by BMW....My bad. I seem to have misread your ignorant comment and replaced with another just as ignorant comment in my wee lil brain due to alcohol consumption.


However I stand by my claim of douchebaggery, as fuel injection was NOT invented by BMW. It was invented in 1910 by an Iowa man and was only used on diesels until 1966 when along came electronic fuel injection.

Um, Chrysler had Bendix EFI on it's 1958 300D, and the Dodge D500, and the DeSoto Adventurer, all based on the 1955 AMC Electrojector, which was supposed to be in production cars in 1957, same year that Chevy introduced it's mechanical fuel injection, and two years after Mercedes used the first production automotive mechanical fuel injection system.

Oh, and the fuel injection that Robert Bosch perfected for diesel use in the '20s was initially worked out by a guy by the name of H.A Stuart in England, based on injection work that had been in progress since the late 1800s. posted by  ChrisV
