Blew my trucks headgasket...
So I'm rebuilding the entire engine. And I decided, I'd do it the easiest way possible. So, here's what I did. Oh, and BTW, this is at a friend's shop. I wish I could have this at my house!

Judging from just that picture I can't make out what you actually did!!

Are you just gonna give it new rings and a cleanup or are you gonna go the whole hog with the new pistons etc.

he lifted the cab off the frame...you can see it on the lift lol

I didn't do anything as far as the engine goes. I got the wiring disconnected and the steering and whatnot. I'm doing the whole thing. Pistons, connecting rods, bearings, rings, valves, valve guides, gaskets, lifters, bigger cam which my wife doesn't know about...lol. I mean EVERYTHING. lol

Thats how I do fuel pumps on chevy trucks, I just lift the bed.
