im having problems with my 1995 chevy pick up 305.brand new motor. it seems to be flooding. i think it is because of the timing.what would make it flood out like that.
what else leaves you to believe it is timing?
what do you mean by flooding out? does it reak of raw gas, or does it just run very shitty/pump out smoke.
have you ran it long enough to get any engine codes? it could be something like a bad coolant temp. sensor.
if you think it is the timing check it with a timing light.
did you unplug this plug before setting the timing to get base timing without computer timing?
