95 Isuzu Trooper Ingnition Module Problems

I have a 95 isuzu trooper with 175k miles that keeps blowing out the ignition module. Does anyone know what causes this. After replacement the car starts fine, once I shut it off, it won't restart. Any suggestions ?

Either a bad ground or it is grounding where it is not supposed to, is it attatched to the distributor or is it elsewhere?
