1993 Honda Accord EX Grinds in 3rd and 4th with clutch in?

Hi to all. This is my first post and hopefully last (I hope for no car trouble HAHA). My question is that I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX and when depress the clutch all the way and shift through to 3rd from 2nd it grinds. The only way I can stop this is by letting the engine idle down and then slowly move into the gear. I am thinking that this could be either the Linkages or the Sychros please let me know what you think...

sounds like the syncros... just dont use third gear untill you can get it fixed
