Gas Gauge 86 Cutlass

I Filled-up My Tank,when I Started The Car The Needle Went To Full And Then Stop At 1/4 And Has Been There Ever Since. How Can I Fix This Before I Run Out Of Gas.

If it's just the gauge, go to a wreckers and get a new one. If it's the level sensor in the tank, then you're out of my league.

The other option is just fill it up more often than you think you need to. I drove for about 6 months without a fuel gauge once. Sometimes you'd get worried that you might be getting low, then you'd go to fill up and it'd only take about 15L. As long as you work in the upper end of the range, you'll be fine.
