!992 vw cabrio.. identify underdash relay panal

Vw dealers will not tell you how to help your self. They want you to tow the car in so they can work on it for you!!. Can you give me the relay layout top to bottom left to right. If you know which one does what it is all gravy. The starter relay seems to be lost some where in the engine space ! I wonder where?? Any help would be appreciated.
