Ideas!

My daughter wants the convt on the road so off to the VW dealer for repairs we go. I guess I will begin my training on my other car! Yes grasshopper.

could be fuel pump, coil, timing chain, head gasket, gas tank, gas line, fuel filter, starter, battery, muffler, door handle or windshield. check those first.

If it has points check them. Fuel starvation would be my next bet (eg filter)

My local VW dealer is just pulling her out of my drive to their shop...Will keep you posted..Hopefully I'll have my convt for the summer!!!!!!Be well!
