1987 toyota tercel oil leak? high rpm problem
Hi, I have a 1987 toyota tercel 4 speed, hatchback.
When i went to get the thing smogged, they said that the RPMs were to
high.
So when they went to lower my RPMs it would stall , or just about stall.
But then when they would spray it down with brake cleaner or something, the
rpms would jump up from the "almost stalling position", and then they said
that it was because i had a leak somewhere? Does anybody know what they are
talking about? Can someone please point me in the right direction, in
either fixing it my self, or the cheapest posible way to go about fixing
it?
Please let me know, I need to regester my car:(!
Thanks,
