1992 Subaru SVX Problem

1992 Subaru SVX Problem
All of my dash functions and features in my Subaru SVX are currently not working. No clock, can't turn on the fan or anything for air conditioning. The CD Player works fine. ANy ideas?

have you checked the fuses?

all the fuses are good.. that's what's getting me.. Clock won't come on.. A/C doesn't work.. fan won't even blow..all of the gauges are really dim

what about the voltages at the fuse panel ... is it getting a full 12V? obviously there could be a problem downstream from there, but it's an easy place to start.
