My Valve cover is leaking oil! need help

My Valve cover is leaking oil! need help
I took off the valve cover on a 94 integra B18B engine and when I took it off then I reinstall it and start the engine, oil started to squirt out when I accelerate the engine. Do you always have to replace the valve cover gasket when you open the valve cover? I think they started to leak too because I overtorque them because I didnt know how to put it on. Now its leaking and I need some advice to what to do, to buy, and how to intall a new gasket.
Whats more, the nuts dont go on to the fastener anymore because I think I ****ed them up.

its best to use a new gasket anytime you have to do any work where the valve cover needs to be removed with the exception on how frequent that is. if its a new gasket dont buy a new one. if its a year or two old it might be a good idea but not 100% needed unless its leaking. theyre not super expensive so i dont see what the big deal is. and most likely it was either an old gasket that caused the leak or you over torquingwhen you put it back on. also what kind of gasket is it cork or rubber? if its cork you coulda have ripped it / deformed it in a way to make it leak.

Its rubber im sure.. but it leaking like niagra falls when I accelerate out of the valve cover... And like I said I broke the two nuts and you know the part that where the ground wire go to the cover...I torqued it too much and now the nut cant tighten or I cant even take it out.. I cant take out the nut so I cant replace gasket.. help..

Alright... do I need a sealant or something too when I put on the new gasket?

Are you sure?? Can you give me any more help with valve cover gaskets and what to avoid so it wont LEAK ?

It would be best to use sealant and it is prolly the gasket that isn't on properly, and its 99integra so don't you get pissy with me

why does it say 93ranger then? Ok.. but something really weird happened.. listen up.. I took out the valve cover right.. then I installed it.. I took the nut and put it on the fastener and torqued it down and I overtorqued it!! Then when I try to take it out, It keeps spinning but it wont come out, I cant tighten it either. So as of now.. I cant even take off the valve cover because of that one stuck nut.

I got banned, I would say just chizel it off and you may have to buy a new cover but don't do it before you get other opinions :2cents:
