need help with 97 taurus
Hi everyone.
OK here's the story... I drove my car to go pick up my son's friend
yesterday and it was fine. Two hours later I went out to start my car and
there's just nothing. The battery saver relay is making a clicking noise,
so I switched it out with another same size relay just to be sure the
problem wasn't there. It did the same thing. So now I think, maybe battery
is dead, tried to jump it to no avail. Hooked it up to battery charger, it
was already fully charged.
When you turn the key, sometimes there is nothing at all, other times the
dash indicator lights come on real dim as if the battery is dead, but its
not. So I tried locking and unlocking my door and pushed the panic button
with my remote, when I do relay starts clicking again and a few minutes
later alarm starts going off.
It seems to me there is a bad connection somewhere.... I don't even know
where to start looking. Help :banghead:

month ago....
