How long will this take?

Ok. Ive been tossing the idea to my stepdad on cherry picking a 350 2b carb small block out of a truck we have and dropping it in my nova. After this is done i would be replacing the 2b intake and carb and putting a 4b edelbrock carb and aluminum intake in it with chrome valve covers. Is it even possibe to do this in a day. I am really tight on time with work and school.

yea a day would be about right if ya stay at it,


1 1/2 - 2 hours to remove the motor and install it in the nova
prob be easy to take the front clip off the truck or if its junk just cut the core support out.

couple more hours to hook everything up

couple more hours to change the intake.

this is just the time it takes me to move a motor to another car, done it so many times its like clock work.

Ive never done this but im sure my stepdad has sense he used to race pure stock in nebraska. The 307 i have in my car just isnt cutting it and its still giving me problems with hesitation so i am just gonna scrap it and get something with more "spur the horse" kick to it.Like to bring some glory to the 4 door market and bring back some wins for the hoopty brotherhood.
