Does anyone recognize this little motorcycle?

I need some information on it. My roomate left it here when he moved out of state, and now I dont know what to do with it. Is it even worth anything? The speedometer goes up to 40MPH, My roomate said it still works it just needs to be charged?

Any information about this bike would be appreciated! Like brand or a model number? So I know what kind of charger to buy. Thanks!
