Electrical problems...

Hi Guys,

My Toyota Corolla E-Limited cc1498 manufactured 1993, When I switch the lights ON without putting the key in I can operate the wipers and automatic windows and when I insert the key to switch the battery on the parking lights are ON. Which is not normal pls I need help.
