GTI turbo upgrade

have 01 gti 1.8t looking to do a turbo upgrade. i have many mods now but im wondering how much hp can my internalls take without blowing the block or head up? i was thinking of just going k04 upgrade with a custom front mount or maybe k05 ? what do you think ?
