questions regarding T3...

hello everybody¬, ive already spent some time searching forums regarding this but to no avail...! so heres my question, whats the advantages/disadvantages (if any)of installing a T3 turbo on a RB25det engine?[with few minor modifications like exhaust,etc] and do i need to upgrade/install other additional parts together? FYI, my cars is a Holden Commodore.
second, is it possible to use a rx-7 injectors (580cc) on the RB engine?
