How do I replace the left exterior mirror (Ford Fiesta 1996)?

I have to replace my left exterior mirror (passengersite) of my Ford Fiesta (build 1996).
Can anyone explain or give me some pictures how I should replace this mirror or/and how I can demount the interior door panel?
