A few questions about an 88 camaro

k, i have a friend who has a camaro with a few probs...

1) the hot air choke has a lot of issues, are there way to test it, and how much is a new/used one?

2) the power steering pump has also gone, how hard is it to replace?

3) lastly, the oil pressure guage is also messed up, it is just at max, as in out of range pointing up....he has put in his own, like 3rd party one, and it works fine....what could this be a cause of?
