95 Tercel conversion

Yeah guys i'm converting a 1995 toyota tercel from auto to manual and i'm wonderin if i'll have to change my axels? I plan to use a 20v engine out of a levin, a C52 5spd gearbox, a coil over kit with some nice kyb or koni adjustables shocks.What do ya'll think about it.
I saw a post where someone said that tercels doesn't have potential :laughing: Anyway tell me what ya'll think about it, and plz answer my question.
