When I start the van it immediately jumps up to 2500 RPM's and stays there.
I changed out the TP sensor and it made no difference. I got 9 ohms on the
IAC which is in range I think. The O2 sensors were replaced a couple of
months ago. Those should be alright. There's no check engine light. Do not
know where to go from here.

check for vacuum leaks, see if you hear idle air valve motor run when
ignition is on. any codes? if so get them read and get back to me.
