So my parents bought me this old car(reliable though, only 30,000 miles)
and for the amusement of my friends i figured i'd add neon lights. Also
they can be turned off so cops wont harass me, and they are relatively
inexpensive(at least the kit I found).
So I'm asking you guys whether this is a good idea or not, heres the

I figure it says its self-installation, I'm a fairly handy guy when it
comes to building things, however I have no car experience, so I'm
wondering whether 1. this is too cheap and might not be worth it and 2.
will I be able to install it myself and also 3. any other alternatives for
something fun to do to my car(cheap/not attracting cops)
