Hey all! Thanks for looking at my thread, i`d really appreciate some help from you guys.

I have a 91 camry with 128k on it.
Recently all the passenger windows stopped working. The driver power window works perfectly but the other ones dont work. The buttons on the driver pannel wont do anything either. I know for a fact that the motors work because they worked flawlessly before this happened. I think there may have been some water damage done to the wires? Maybe its a fuse ? How exactly do I troubleshoot this ? I`d like to fix this myself and save the $.

Another small problem i`d really like to understand more is this : while going on the highway, the car seems to take a while to get to the last gear(aut. trans.) Like maybe 5-10 minutes. So it`s going at 3000-3500 rpm and all of a sudden i feel it switch gears and then its at 1500 rpm. Any ideas to what this can be ?

Thanks a lot for even looking here and I can`t wait to get some replies! posted by  Canuck99

I''d pull the switch panel out, grab your trusty multimeter and start tracing. posted by  windsonian

I had the same problem with my camry and it was the wires who pass between the body and the door ... when you open and close the door often ....yeah since 91 i guess! , thats hard on the wires and they finaly get broken so you juste have to look for the cuted wire and fix it ! Good luck .. sorry for my english I hope that you will understand ! posted by  lux764
