For full features; Go to Car door wont shut
Hi people. I went to take the kids to school this morning and went to shut
the rear drivers side door and it wont shut. Just bounces back. Nothing in
the way ie:no seat belt etc. Its a 1989 Nissan Safari/Patrol(imported from
japan I think). My 7 year old said he pushed the lock with his finger but
still dont see how this would cause it to jam. Have tried to flick locked
backwards/forwards with a screwdriver end. No luck. Any ideas on how to fix
the problem? I now have 4 kids home for the day instead of 2, God help me
aarrgghh!!!!

I agree....Judging by what your son said, I really can't see anything else
it could be! If that doesn't work for some reason, flick it back manually
with a screw driver.

HI try a bit of WD40 on the locking device and use the extension nozzle
on the can to get into those hard to get at places good luck
